Shipping
Order Processing Time:
- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped.
Shipping Methods:
- Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to all orders. Depending on where you are ordering from within Australia, please allow up to 8 business days for your order to arrive.
- Please note that coming up to the Christmas period there may be some delays.
International Shipping:
- At this stage, we do not offer international shipping. If you wish to place an order from outside of Australia, please contact us using the 'Contact Us' page and we may be able to assist you.
Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Click & Collect
- Click & Collect is available from two locations within Tasmania. You may collect your order from Sanctum Medical Aesthetics, Hobart or Launceston.
- Sanctum Medical Aesthetics Hobart is located at 141 Bathurst Street, Hobart, 7000.
- Sanctum Medical Aesthetics Launceston is located at 107 Cameron Street, Launceston, 7250.
Returns
We hope you love your SIRCLE products. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to exchange your product/s within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that any products you wish to exchange must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Please use the 'Contact Us' page to request an exchange.
- Please include your full name, order number, products you wish to return and what products you would like to exchange them for. A difference in cost may apply.
In the unlikely event you have a reaction to one of our products, please use the 'Contact Us' page to organise a return. Cease using the product immediately.
- Please include your full name, order number, product name that caused a reaction, length of time the product was being used and photos of your reaction.
